Parashat Vayakhel - Kindling A Fire

When Moses related God's instructions to the Children of Israel after coming down from Mount Sinai, it seems he added a commandment that was not given to him on top of the mountain: "You shall kindle no fire in all your dwelling places on the Sabbath day."
